TRAINING SCHOOL SYMPOSIUM FOR POST-GRADUATE STUDENTS
Who should attend?
Training school is targeted particularly to PhD students and postdoctoral researchers interested in learning more about strategies for detecting fraud and assuring the integrity of the food chain, including analytical methods development, data evaluation, QA/QC, end-user tools, transparency along the food chain.
Who should attend?
Postgraduate symposium on food fraud is open to all postgraduate students across the full spectrum of food quality management, analytical chemistry, criminology, marketing, consumer sciences, and economic sciences. Those who have completed a doctorate but not yet taken up a post are welcome too.
Why attend?
To meet up with the experts in the field of food safety, quality, authenticity and traceability assessment and learn more on other young colleagues and stakeholders in order to exchange on their current and future research activities.
